Food & Drinks / Diner and Boys from Jersey

Three weeks ago we went to see the musical Jersey Boys: The Story of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons. I didn't know who Franki Valli was, nor had I ever heard of The Four Seasons. I had no idea which performers where portraying which roles and I had no clue which music we were going to hear (except for the song Begging). So to say I went to this musical with an open mind was an understatement. Before we went to see the musical, we had dinner in this amazing diner across from the theatre. How awesome is that painting of the Joker?! I wanted to take it home with me, but I didn't =) Oh I liked the musical by the way. Not my favourite (that's still Saturday Night Fever, the first musical I ever saw), but I had a great evening!

  1. Woah, now THIS is an evening! A dinner and a musical. I've never been to a musical either, but it has been on my summer list for years. It's always the price that trips me up :/

  2. I'm on a diet right now and this meal is making me so hungry - looks unreal! I definitely need to go to see more musicals, too. x

  3. yum! A burger and fries- one of my favorite meals.

I have heard of Frankie Valli but am not too familiar with his stuff. This seems like a cool musical though. I have only seen local musicals (with amateur actors but they've all been good) and sometimes I would go see the professional version of the Nutcracker. :) I would love to see a Broadway show in NYC someday.
