Running Diaries | 1


It's Saturday night. I'm not out dancing, drinking or partying. I'm at home figuring out my running schedule. I've run 5K, I've run 10K and now I want more. Now I want to run 16K. The last few weeks (months even) I've just been running 5K's, 6K's and occasionally a 10K. I've actually been running around like a headless chicken. Without a plan I would probably keep running the same round forever and ever. I need a plan. When I have a plan I can stick to it. Yay! After browsing the web for a while, I've managed to make my running schedule for the next 10-12 weeks. Hopefully by the end of it, I'm running a 16K. Now I've sat my alarm early for the next morning, because instead of sleeping I'm going for a run on my Sunday morning.

How do you spend your Saturday evening and Sunday morning?
